This enables you to better take advantage of both tool types.<\/li>\n<li>Drilling depth in single operation:\n<ul>\n<li>MFTB 1000 \/51 GDK: 1000 mm<\/li>\n<li>MFTB 1500 \/51 GDK: 1500 mm<\/li>\n<li>MFTB 2000 \/51 GDK: 2000 mm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Hole diameter range 8 &#8211; 65 mm:\n<ul>\n<li>with gundrill tools, solid: 8 &#8211; 24 mm<\/li>\n<li>with BTA tools, solid: 18 &#8211; 51 mm<\/li>\n<li>drill tube: 51 mm<\/li>\n<li>drilling dia. in counter boring: 65 mm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The workpiece is in counter-rotation in respect to the gun drill, in order to obtain the maximal drill straightness and process speed.<\/li>\n<li>Specific IMSA functions to control the deep drilling process:<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0Electronic check of cutting parameters,<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0Double electronic check against gundrill-breaking, by reading the cutting effort.<\/li>\n<li>Temperature, pressure and oil cleanliness are fundamental parameters to ensure continuous trouble-free gun drilling operations.
