This guarantees consistent performance at any vertical position along the Y\u2011axis.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DEEP DRILLING<\/strong>:\u00a0 Maximum single\u2011cycle drilling depth: 2,000 mm. Optimal drilling diameters: 5-50 mm from solid using the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imsaitaly.com\/en\/the-deep-drilling-process\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gun drilling method<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cEVO\u201d Series:<\/em> The MF2000EVO deep\u2011drilling spindle provides 15 kW, 4,200 rpm, and features liquid cooling.<\/li>\n<li>The machine integrates several IMSA\u2011specific functions for advanced control of the deep\u2011drilling process.<\/li>\n<li>Temperature, pressure, and coolant cleanliness are key parameters for successful deep drilling. MF2000EVO includes dedicated solutions to precisely manage all three.<\/li>\n<li><strong>MILLING UNIT<\/strong>: MF2000EVO is equipped with an ISO50 milling head, mounted on the same tilting machining unit, positioned beside and independent from the deep\u2011drilling spindle. This <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imsaitaly.com\/en\/technical-solutions-to-mill-on-imsa-gundrill-centers-for-molds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">independent\u2011axis system<\/a><\/strong>, a hallmark of IMSA machines, allows switching from gun drilling to milling (and back) in just 8 seconds, fully automatic, <strong>without any operator involvement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Horizontal milling travel: 1,100 mm, achieved by combining the 600 mm W\u2011axis headstock movement and the 500 mm Z\u2011axis milling quill movement.<\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cEVO\u201d Series<\/em>: The MF2000EVO features a liquid\u2011cooled ISO50 milling spindle, with 45 kW, 4,500 rpm, and 430 Nm of maximum torque.
